Under the philosophy of “Service for the bank’s foundation, consumer financial protection first”, the Bank carries out targeted and distinctive financial literacy and financial consumer education activities, innovates the content and forms of education, and improves the matrix of education and publicity to effectively promote consumers’ financial literacy through the “online + offline” and “centralized + local” publicity network across the board.

In the first half of 2023, the Bank carried out 7,359 online and offline consumer education and publicity activities, distributing approximately 4,616,300 copies of original content to consumers and online original posts on education and publicity received approximately 44,831,300 views. Reaching approximately 88,156,900 consumers in the first half of 2023.
