Answer: Similar to wealth management card, you can log on to the homepage or personal internet banking of IB to submit an emergent loss report, or go to an outlet of IB to report for the loss of e-card at the counter. The e-card cannot be used in any channel after the loss report. After an emergent loss report, you must go to any outlet under the issuing branch to go through the formal loss report procedure within five days. Otherwise, the temporary loss report will become invalid after five days automatically.

Answer: After logging on to the personal internet banking system, you may apply for a new card under the menu “IB e-card”–“Management of Physical Card”, or you may go to any outlet of IB to apply for changing your card.

(2) As for the transfer to another non-local bank with an IB e-card at the counter of the outlet, the handling fees will be charged at the standard rate for non-local inter-bank transfer.
