May 16, 2007, the signing ceremony for the Third-party Depository Agreement was held in Sheraton Tianjin Hotel by IB and Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. Chen Dekang, the vice president of IB, and Zhang Zhijun, the Chairman of Bohai Securities Co., Ltd., signed the cooperation agreement jointly. Several senior managers from both sides were invited to attend the activity.

Endeavoring to offer more efficient and express services for investors, IB will carry out all-round cooperation with Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. on the third-party depository service in the future, together facilitating the benign development of securities market.

So far, IB Tianjin branch has opened third-party depository service with Guotai Junan Securities, Changjiang Securities Co., Ltd., and Guangfa Securities Co., Ltd. in succession.
