Corporate Foreign Currency Account

Corporate clients are able to open foreign currency deposit accounts denominated in USD, HKD, JPY, GMK, or FRF with the bank.

The foreign currency accounts we offered may be divided into foreign-funded corporation account and Chinese corporation account according to the nature of the depositor, or into current account and capital account in terms of the source of the foreign currency.

Current Account

Introduction

Although the current account is primarily employed to manage the funds receipt and payment under current items (including mainly trade balance, labor balance and unilateral transfer), it is also applicable to funds receipt and payment under capital items that are approved by the administrative department of foreign exchange.

Available current accounts with the bank include settlement account, agency account, contracted project account, outlay account for the resident agency of foreign country, guarantee account, etc..

Chinese corporations and foreign-funded corporations meeting the account opening conditions and requirements are welcome to open the current account with the bank. Please take with you related approvals from the administrative department of foreign exchange to our office counters to file an application.

Capital Account

Introduction

Capital accounts cover all special accounts of loans, direct investments and portfolio investments under capital items. They are used to conduct the receipt and payment of funds under both capital items and current items.
