Access to the service application

The access to the service application will be changeable according to the different services:

For wealth management service: please visit our WAP mobile banking website via mobile phone and log in with both "IB wealth management card and IB wealth management card password" for direct use;

For assets inquiry and customers management services: please visit our WAP mobile banking website to finish mobile banking service registration via mobile phone, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and mobile banking password" for direct use;

For credit card service: please visit our WAP mobile banking website via mobile phone and log in with both "IB credit card and credit card inquiry password" for direct use; the inquiry password of credit card should be preset via counter, internet banking, telephone banking, or other channels.

For designated transfer, bill payment, FX transaction, fund transaction and bank-security services: please go to our banking outlets for service application, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and IB wealth management card password" for direct use after submitting "Application Form of Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service" and signing "Agreement on Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service".

For FX service and bank-security service of KJAVA mobile banking: please go to our banking outlets for service application, and log in with both "IB wealth management card and IB wealth management card password" for direct use after submitting "Application Form of Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service" and signing "Agreement on Industrial Bank Mobile Banking Service".

When applying for FX transaction and bank-security services of mobile banking via counter, the corresponding services supported by WAP and KJAVA mobile banking will be opened at the same time.

Please note:

(1) For the moment, WAP/KJAVA mobile banking only support mobile phones based on China Telecom platform.

(2) Customers' mobile phones should open GPRS internet service offered by China Telecom.

(3) Customers should open IB wealth management card or IB credit card, in which credit card holders are restricted to credit card service of WAP mobile banking, and wealth management card holders can enjoy all WAP mobile banking services except credit card service.

(4) For the sake of fund security, WAP mobile banking service by Industrial Bank will offer services targeting different security level according to security features of mobile phone terminal.

Charges

"Wireless Channel" offered by Industrial Bank is free of charge for the moment. Customers only need to pay for the internet access fees charged by China Telecom. Please dial the customer service hotline 10086 for more details about internet access fees.
