Ten safety protective measures have been taken for Mobile Banking to ensure the safety of transactions:
1. Mobile phone number identification: customers are identified through their login mobile phone number.
2. Mobile Banking password and bank card password: verification of two passwords.
In the interests of security, financing cards whose password is a row of identical numbers, a sequence of numbers or the birth date of the card holder cannot be used to log onto Mobile Banking.
3. Picture code verification: To prevent the password from being maliciously cracked.
4. Verification with preset message: To avoid being tricked by a false or fake website.
5. Key field encryption: Key words like passwords are first encrypted locally and then SSL encrypted as per industry standards.
6. Service control: Services like news, inquiries and financing may be used directly on the mobile phone without prior application; while services like transfer and payment must be applied for and activated; easy transfer and mobile payment require binding to a mobile phone number.
7. Transaction amount limit: Clients can set a transaction limit to reduce risks.
8. Data encryption: Industry standard SSL encryption is used.
9. Bank server verification: VeriSign safety certificate is used.
10. Smart Messenger prompts: Timely SMS notification of account activity and incorrect password entry.
Security Notes
1. Please access mobile banking via your own mobile phone, and don’t give your mobile phone to anyone else when it is in a state of valid logon.
2. Activate funds transfer-out services such as transfer and payment as needed, set an appropriate limit and register your mobile phone number correctly. If your mobile phone is lost due to carelessness, please contact the mobile communication operator to report a loss as soon as possible and re-apply for a mobile phone number;
3. Please visit the correct mobile banking address via the built-in browser of the mobile phone or a browser that has passed security authentification;
4. During use, if the mobile browser indicates “save account number and password”, please choose “No”. Close the function of “saving account numbers and passwords” in the browser setup, and clear the cache, cookies and sheets in the browser on a regular basis;
5. Please appropriately keep your private card, login name, password and other information. The password should be sufficiently complex and changed on a regular basis; when using mobile banking at a public place, please take appropriate measures to shield the entering of the password, so as to avoid other people’s peeping.
