• Low-cost Settlement Tool: “CIB Online” innovatively launched the IB e-card, an all new-concept virtual card for internet banking. It saves you the trouble of having to apply at a bank outlet and will be instantly available for use when activated on the internet. Transfers between IB account and non-IB account with an IB e-card will be totally free of charge if there is an IB outlet at the place where the bank in question is located. The default functions of the IB e-card include online transfer, online payment, online shopping payment and online fund transactions, among which, online transfer carrries a default daily limit of RMB 10,000 Yuan whereas the default daily limit for online shopping payment is RMB 5,000 Yuan.

• Brand-new One-stop Payment Service: You may complete payment in an one-stop manner. For some payments (for example, mobile phone payment), IB offers scheduled payment services whereby the payment date and payment amount can be set in advance, achieving unalloyed one-stop payment management.

• Scientific Payment Management: “CIB Online” has launched a scheduled transfer service. You can set lump sum payment or periodic payment within an one-year cycle in advance. When the date is due, IB will automatically make a transfer on your behalf. As the payment frequency can be flexibly set, it is ideal for mortgage repayments or other timed payments.

【Safety Tips】

1. Log-onto Internet Banking through IB's home page www.cib.com.cn. Do not visit our web pages through any hyperlinks provided by a non-IB website.

2. We suggest that you use a IB certificate and SMS message guard to make internet banking even more secure.

3. To avoid being led into a phishing or fake website, you can use the information authentication function provided by IB to guarantee the security of your banking. You will have the option of setting a preset message that will be used when you log-in to internet banking. The message in question will be displayed on the top of the page each time you log on to personal internet banking. If the message is not displayed or is incorrect in any way, it might be that the site that you are on does not belong to the Bank. Leave the website and call customer services on 95561.

4. For the safety of your funds, you are suggested not to use your ID number, phone number, date of birth, repeated or continuous numbers as your account password. You are also advised to change the password at irregular intervals, and try to use an on-screen keyboard to enter your password as much as possible.

5. Under no circumstances will the bank ever request that you provide your personal details and data in an e-mail, a letter, a phone call or a mobile phone message. Therefore, please give no credence to such correspondences, which aim to elicit your account number and password. You shall also be careful not to disclose your ID number, account number and password to other people.

6. It may be necessary to check the security of your computer regularly. To avoid viruses, we advise that you refrain from visiting unknown websites or opening e-mails from unknown sources. The latest security patches for your operating system and browser should be downloaded and installed in time.

7. In the interests of account security, password lock protection has been set. When six consecutive input errors of password (s) for logging on to internet banking occur, your internet banking will be automatically frozen by the system to prevent your password from being cracked. In the event that you have already logged-on to internet banking, the system will automatically log-off your internet banking if no operation has been performed for 15 minutes.

8. The use of internet banking in a public place or on computers other than your own should be avoided to the greatest extent.

9. Be aware of dangers. We recommended that you install anti-virus software and security patches and upgrade regularly.
