Service Outline

Assets Management

Provides services such as account registration and management, account balance inquiry, inquiry of account transaction details and electronic account statements.

Account registration and management: register IB accounts of the user or other users, delete registered accounts and modify alternative account names in Internet Banking.

Account balance inquiry: view the balance of bank accounts registered at the Internet Banking.

Account transaction details inquiry: view transaction details of bank accounts registered in the Internet Banking within the space of one year.

Electronic account statements: check the balance of the IB Financing Card and the account statement.

Service Management

Providing the functions of account authority management, protection of online transactions by text message and modification of mode of logging on to Internet Banking.

Account authority management: Customers may check, activate or deactivate the functions of Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, mobile payment and text message services in Internet Banking.

Protection of online transaction by text message: With a general logon, customers may inquire and deactivate the protection of online transactions by text message; by logging on with a certificate, users may inquire, activate, deactivate and modify the protection of online transactions by text message.

Modifying the mode of logging on to Internet Banking: At present, three ways of logon are available for the IB's Internet Banking, namely logon with internet banking customer number, logon with bank account and logon with customized name. Customers may set their mode of logging on to Internet Banking in the Internet Banking service.

Certificate management: Cancel the binding of the certificate and account, extend the certificate and check certificate details.

Transfers

Provides services such as transfer and remittance, preset payment, batch transfer, UnionPay interbank transfer, 99Bill interbank transfer, account management and inquiry of online transfer details.

Transfer and remittance: Submit a single real-time transfer instruction to make a transfer to an IB account or an account at another bank.

Preset payment: Configure the transfer of a certain amount to a designated account at a designated frequency at a point in the future.

Batch transfer: Use a IB Financing Card or e-card to make transfers to 2-100 bank accounts in one batch. Accounts for transfer-in include IB accounts and non IB accounts, corporate accounts and personal accounts (including credit card).

Real-time interbank transfer: Submit a single real-time transfer instruction to make a transfer to an account at another bank in real time.

UnionPay interbank transfer: Make a transfer to an account at another bank via the interbank transfer platform of UnionPay.

99Bill interbank transfer: It is an interbank transfer platform launched by IB and 99Bill. Customers can easily transfer funds from the debit card of another bank into an IB Financing Card once the online payment function of said debit card has been activated.

Account management: Register, modify and delete information on transfer-in accounts for transfer and remittance.

Inquiry of online transfer details: view the details of transfer transactions made in Internet Banking.

Interbank Account Management

Allows for the management of account capital in other banks and the inquiry of account information in other banks.

Transfer from other banks to IB: Transfer capital from a contracted account at another bank to the receiving account of IB. Services are available 24/7 and in real time.

Inquiry of account information at other banks: view the balance and details of a contracted debit card account or credit card account at another bank.

Online Shopping

Services include viewing details of online shopping purchases, setting limit on online shopping, modifying the password for online shopping, opening and deactivating online shopping.

Credit Card

Provides services including credit card repayment, inquiry of account information, password and personal information management, bill inquiry, cash advance of Internet Banking, bill installments, consumption installments, points inquiry, text message transaction notification, automatic repayment, agency deduction and payment, adjustment of the line proportion of the supplementary card, inquiry of foreign currency purchase, online payment and gifts registration.

Wealth Management

Services include intelligent notice deposit (convenient and income types), current deposit to fixed deposit, fixed deposit to current deposit, general notice deposit, automatic redeposit upon over limit, purchase and withdrawal of certificated bonds, electronic savings bonds, trading of new wealth management products, escrow, securities financing.

Intelligent notice deposit: Customized for customers with different demands for investment and financing, comprising of “convenient” and “income” products. There is no need to pre-determine the deposit term in advance. The system will automatically choose the most suitable deposit term according to the duration of the deposit, thus maximizing the gains of the customer.

General notice deposit: Current to notice deposit, instant withdrawal of notice deposit, preset withdrawal of notice deposit, inquiry of preset details and preset cancelling etc.

Current deposit to fixed deposit: Convert the current deposit in the e-card to a lump-sum deposit and withdrawal saving deposit.

Automatic redeposit upon over limit: Set the redeposit type (RMB fixed or notice deposit), deposit term, retained sum in the account and the redeposit sum in advance. The system will automatically redeposit the capital in the RMB current account into the fixed deposit or notice deposit according to the corresponding sum and term (notice period).

Fixed deposit to current deposit: Withdraw the lump-sum deposit and withdrawal saving deposit and transfer it into the current account in the corresponding currency.

Escrow: Bank/securities transfer, securities/bank transfer, inquiry of securities capital balance, inquiry of transfer details, inquiry of previous details on securities capital etc.

Securities financing: Bank/securities transfer, securities/bank transfer, inquiry of credit capital account balance, inquiry of transfer details on securities financing, inquiry of previous details on credit capital account etc.

Closed-end wealth management products: Purchasing, redemption, purchase cancelation and purchasing record inquiry of risk-free wealth management products sold by IB.

Certificated bonds: Purchasing, balance inquiry and advance withdrawal of certificated bonds.

Electronic savings bonds: Inquiry of account information, trial calculation for withdrawal, voice inquiry password loss reporting at bonds companies, inquiry of details on account transactions, inquiry of customer information and inquiry of bonds information.

Funds

Services include open-end fund underwriting, opening of ChinaPay fund account and text message services for funds.

Fund underwriting: fund account opening, purchasing/subscription, redemption, conversion, automatic investment plan, order cancelling, modification of profit distribution mode, evaluation of risk tolerance, inquiries.

Bank-UnionPay link online fund trade: Opening of UnionPay fund accounts.

Text message services for funds: One of the text message value-added services provided by IB, including text message notification of fund net asset value and text message notification when fund net asset value exceeds the limit.

Foreign Exchange

24/7 FX trading platform, in real time, providing services such as FX trading, inquiry and wealth management.

Precious Metals

Services such as risk disclosure and evaluation, account opening, inquiry, declaration, declaration cancelling, deposit for precious metal trading, gold delivery application and modifying the password for precious metal trading.

Insurance

Purchase insurance products online.

Loans

Extending, repaying and inquiring of personal self-service hypothecated loans and personal self-service revolving loans, application for consumption loans and inquiry of loan information.

Fees Payment

Provides services such as fees payment, registration of payment items, payment preset, activation and deactivation of usage limit.

e-card

IB's e-card is both a virtual and physical bank card of the IB that makes collective advantage of IB's integrated core business system and low-cost network channels. Holders of e-cards can opt not to collect a physical card, and simply use the card in the bank's electronic channels. Alternatively, card holders may also apply for a physical card as well.

Services include online application of e-card, e-card number inquiry, application for physical card, confirmation of receipt of physical card, reporting the loss of physical card, re-application for physical card after loss reporting, and inquiry of application progress.

Secretary

Provides services such as customized homepage setup, modification of account password, modification of logon password for Internet Banking, modification of personal information, operations log in Internet Banking, check certification, trial calculation of interest, emergency loss reporting, inquiry Internet Banking points and inquiry of customer tiers.
