“Smart Messenger”

Corporate clients are required to sign a contract for the service over the counter at an outlet of bank where the account in question was opened.

Personal users can apply for the service through the online bank or over the counter at a bank outlet. Fund new-value SMS messages must be applied for through the internet bank.

Corporate Clients: Monthly Pricing Policy. Monthly fee: RMB 10 Yuan, entitles you to 20 messages per month. A charge of RMB 0.3 Yuan is levied for each message after the original 20.

Personal Clients:“Smart Messenger” SMS value-added services are free during promotion.

Credit Card

Real-time Notification of Account Activity SMS can be applied for when filling out the card application. They can be applied for through a number of channels, such as over the counter at an outlet, through the internet bank, by calling our customer service hotline 95561, through interactive SMS or through the WAP mobile bank. The services can be cancelled at any time through the channels mentioned above. Other message services for credit cards do not require application.

Fees: RMB 3 Yuan/month/card. Fees are collected quarterly.

Online Banking

The activation or deactivation of SMS protection for online transactions can be requested at any outlet of the bank or through the online bank itself. Other online banking SMS services do not require application.

No fees are charged for this service at present.

Foreign Exchange System

The activation of Foreign exchange system SMS value-added services must be performed in the Industrial Bank's online foreign exchange system.

Application is as follows: Log-on to the online foreign exchange system (fx.cib.com.cn), enter the transaction homepage, click on wealth management and then choose my messaging services.
