In June 2009, Industrial Bank was awarded the Golden OX Prize of the Top 100 Chinese Listed Companies for 2008 by the Chinese Securities Journal.

In June 2009, Industrial Bank won the title of “Listed Companies of Most Sustainable Investment Value (First Place)”, and Mr. Tang Bin, Secretary to the Board of Directors, was awarded the “Golden Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Best Investor Relations”.

In May 2009, Industrial Bank was listed in the “2009 Top 100 Chinese Listed Companies for Market Value Management”, and its Secretary to the Board of Directors was award with “2009 Best Value Creation IR in China Capital Market” in an appraisal sponsored by China Center for Market Value Management and The Economic Observer.

In April 2009, Mr. Gao Jianping, Chairman of Industrial Bank, claimed the Prize of “Chairman of Strongest Sense of Social Responsibility”, Tang Bin, Secretary of the Board of Directors was awarded “Most Creative Secretary to the Board of Directors” in the Golden Round Table appraisal activity sponsored by The Boards and Directors.

In December 2009, the Industrial Bank was awarded the Certificate of Excellence from the internationally authoritative IR Magazine.

In November 2008, the 2008 Competitiveness Rankings of Asian Banks were announced in Beijing. With its outstanding profitability, the Industrial Bank claimed the prize of the Best Bank in Mainland China for ROE, thus topping the Chinese banks for a second year in terms of earnings indicators.

In November, 2008, the winners of the 2007 China Investor Relations Awards were announced in Beijing. The Industrial Bank claimed a total of three major awards, namely: Runner-up of Top 100 Chinese Companies for Investor Relations, the Best Communication Award, and the Best Social Responsibilities Contribution Award.

In July 2008, the Industrial Bank topped the ranking of “Top 10 Listed Companies with Strongest Growth Potential 2007” in the Third Chinese Securities Journal Cup jointly sponsored by Sina.com and the Chinese Securities Journal.

In June 2008, the Industrial Bank was listed in the “2007 Top 100 Most Valuable Listed Companies in China”, Tang Bin (Secretary to the Board of Directors) claimed the award of “2007 Top 100 Best Secretary to the Board of Directors in Listed Companies” in an appraisal activity sponsored by Securities Times and China Southern Fund.

In June 2008, the Industrial Bank shares were included in the Shanghai Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Index.

In April 2008, the Industrial Bank was awarded “2007 Special Contribution for Construction of the Board of Directors” in an appraisal activity sponsored the Boards and Directors.

In November 2007, the Industrial Bank won the “2007 Golden Tripod Award for Growing Blue-chip Company” in the Third China Securities Market Annual Meeting sponsored by Securities Daily, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Financial Futures Exchange.

In August 2007, the Industrial Bank won the “2007 Best IPO Investor Relations Management Award”, Tang Bin (Secretary to the Board of Directors) claimed the “Most Respected and Welcomed Award” in the Third China Best Investor Relations Management Appraisal sponsored by China Securities Journal and Shanghai Securities News.

In 2007, the Industrial Bank was awarded the Golden Tripod Prize at the 3rd annual meeting of China's Securities Market.
