On December 19, 2011, the Shanghai Stock Exchange awarded the Bank with the Best Board of Directors of Year 2011.
On November 11, 2011, the Bank won the Golden Tripod Award for blue-chip companies at the seventh China Securities Market Annual Meeting and Award Ceremony.
Mr. Tang Bin, Director, and Secretary to the Board of Directors o the Company was awarded the “Golden Board Secretary” at the seventh New Fortune Golden Board Secretary Award Ceremony on 21 October, 2011.
The Company was awarded with “Best Public Image Among Chinese Listed Companies” in the Sixth Public Securities Cup-- TOP 10 Chinese Listed Companies Competitiveness and Trustworthiness Award Ceremony and 2011 Excellent Listed Companies Summit held on July 10, 2011. The Company’s Director, Secretary to the Board of Directors, Mr. Tang Bin, won the title of “Gold Board Secretary”.
The Company won the award of “Best Investor Relations of 2011 Among Chinese Listed Companies” in the 2011 Golden Shield Award Ceremony jointly held by China Times and Chinese Enterprise Risk Management Research Center of Beijing University on July 9, 2011.
The Company was awarded as one of the Top 10 among “100 Most Valuable Companies Listed in Chinese Main Board” in the award ceremony of the Fifth Value Appraisal on Companies Listed in Chinese SME Board, the Second Value Appraisal on Companies Listed in Chinese Growth Enterprise Board, 100 Excellent Board Secretaries of the Companies Listed in Chinese Main Board, Excellent Board Secretaries of the Companies Listed in Chinese Growth Enterprise Board on July 5, 2011. The event was sponsored and held by Securities Times. The Company’s Director, Secretary to the Board of Directors, Mr. Tang Bin, was also awarded as one of the 100 Excellent Board Secretaries of the Companies Listed in Chinese Main Board.
The Company won the award of “Best Board of Directors” in the Seventh Gold Roundtable Appraisal Event sponsored by Directors and Boards Magazine in May 2011. Mr. Gao Jianping, Chairman of the Company, was awarded with the title of “Chairman with Best Strategic View”, Mr. Tang Bin, Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors, won the title of “Most Innovative Board Secretary”.
Industrial Bank ranked the second again in the list of Top 100 Investor Relations Management of A-share Listed Companies, which was published in the fifth China Investor Relations Awards Ceremony hosted by the China Listed Company Investor Management Research Center on November 21, 2010. Gao Jianping, Chairman of Industrial Bank was awarded the title of Best Chairman, and Tang Bin, Secretary to the Board of Directors, the title of Best Executive. Industrial Bank also won many prizes such as Social Responsibility Contribution Award and Investor Relations Innovation Award.
Industrial Bank was awarded the Best Corporate Governance of Financial Institution in the China Corporate Governance Index Release Seminar hosted by Nankai University Corporate Governance Research Center on October 30, 2010.
