For individual client

As the financial member of Shanghai Gold Exchange, IB will handle physical gold dealing, fund clearing and the actual delivery of physical gold in Shanghai Gold Exchange on behalf of clients according to clients' commission.

1. Dealing product and unit

    Dealing product: Au99.99, Au 100g ;

    Quotation manner: RMB/g, saving 2 decimal digits after RMB;

    Transaction unit: lot, 1 lot= 100g ;

    Minimum buy in unit: 1 lot;

    Minimum sale out unit: 1 lot;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au99.99: 1000g or integer multiple of 1000g ;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au 100g : 100g or integer multiple of 100g ;

    Available dealing product, transaction unit and delivery amount will be changed according to the relative prescription of Shanghai Gold Exchange.

2. Dealing hours

    (1) Dealing hours will be Beijing time as follow (national holidays are excluded):

          21:00 -- 02:30 (from Monday to Thursday)

         10:00 – 11:30 (from Monday to Friday)

         13:00 – 15:30 (from Monday to Friday)

    (2) Application hours for physical gold delivery will be Beijing time as follow (national holidays are excluded):

          Via outlet: 09:00 – 12:00 (from Monday to Friday)

                            13:00 – 18:00 (from Monday to Friday)

          Via Internet banking channel: round the clock from Monday to Friday (national holidays are excluded).

3. Dealing channel

    Via IB outlets or self-service Internet banking.

For institutional client

As the financial member of Shanghai Gold Exchange, IB will handle buy-in and sale-out dealing of physical gold in Shanghai Gold Exchange or other regulation-approved sites on behalf of institutional clients according to clients' commission.

1. Dealing product and unit

    Dealing product: Au99.99, Au99.95, Au 100g , Au 50g , Pt99.95, Au(T+D);

    Quotation manner: RMB/g, saving 2 decimal digits after RMB;

    Transaction unit: lot; for Au99.99 & Au 100g , 1 lot= 100g ; for Au99.95, Pt99.95 and Au(T+D), 1 lot= 1000g ; for Au 50g , 1lot= 50g ;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au99.99: 1000g or integer multiple of 1000g ;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au 100g : 100g or integer multiple of 100g ;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au99.95 & Pt99.95: 3000g or integer multiple of 3000g ;

    Minimum delivery amount for Au 50g : 50g or integer multiple of 50g .
