A co-branded credit card jointly developed by the Industrial Bank and the Grand Ocean department stores was formally launched on November 17 in four major cities, namely, Fuzhou , Quanzhou, Wuhan and Wuxi . The card will eventually be available in the other cities across the nation that have Grand Ocean department stores.

The card is a seamless fusion of an Industrial Bank credit card and a Grand Ocean VIP member's card, which allows the holder to get the best of both worlds, i.e., the fantastic value afforded by an Industrial Bank credit card and the distinguished treatment afforded by a Grand Ocean VIP member's card.
