(1) Is there any additional application for making inter-bank transfer with IB?

In the case of ATM transfer, no additional application is needed for amount of or below RMB 5,000, while it shall be originated at any office of the card issuing bank prior to any transfer with amount exceeding RMB 5,000.

An application shall also be filed for transfer via CIB Online.

(2) What is the transfer limit? Can I modify it? And how?

The transfer limit is the highest accumulated funds transferred out through all our banking channels in a single day. The default amount is RMB 5,000, and it can be modified at your request at any office of the card issuing bank.

(3) What is the fixed-direction transfer?

Funds transfer into preset accounts.

The cardholder can apply for it at the card issuing bank, designating, adding or deleting the account number of the beneficiary.

(4) Is inter-bank transfer available with CIB Online?

Yes. After an application for it at the card issuing bank, you can access this service at CIB Online.

(5) How to cancel it?

To cancel inter-bank transfer via CIB Online, both online handling and counter handling are applicable, while only the latter is available to cancel inter-bank transfer by way of ATM.
