Online mobile banking is offered to all mobile phone users, providing mobile financial services anytime, anywhere: customers can directly visit the mobile banking website, http://wap.cib.com.cn or http://3g.cib.com.cn, using their mobile phones, and then log on to mobile banking to access services.
The iPhone mobile banking client and Android mobile banking client are brand-new VIP systems developed for iPhone and Android users, aimed at providing differentiated mobile financial services to customers according to features of mobile phones: customers must first download the mobile banking client software, and then they can enjoy the mobile financial services and special value-added services freely.
The main mobile banking services include account inquiry, service management, real-time transfers between IB accounts, real-time inter-bank transfers, mobile phone number transfer, normal inter-bank transfers, precious metals, wealth management products, agency fund transactions, foreign exchange trading, bank-securities business, IB wealth management, loan financing, credit card, and credit card repayments.

A: I. Online Mobile Banking
First, make sure that your mobile phone can access the internet. If not, please refer to “Internet Access Setup”.
Take out your mobile phone, open the browser (in general, the path is “main menu – internet”) and enter the mobile banking address “http://wap.cib.com.cn” or “http://3g.cib.com.cn” to visit the mobile banking home page. Through the mobile banking website, you can directly browse information on the businesses and activities of the bank.
To access services using mobile banking, you need to continue and log on to the mobile banking system.
After a successful visit, you can add the mobile banking website as a favorite or save it in your bookmarks, so you can access it from favorites or bookmarks.
II. Client Mobile Banking
By clicking the mobile banking iPhone and Android client icons in your mobile phone, you can access mobile banking.
The download method for the iPhone mobile banking client is as follows:
Open the App Store in the iPhone, enter “Industrial Bank” in the search box to search. Click to select “Industrial Bank Mobile Banking” from the search results, and then, directly download and install the client.
You can also enter the App Store via iTunes on your computer to download the client, and then synchronize it to your iPhone.

Visit the home page of online mobile banking, http://wap.cib.com.cn, using your mobile phone, and click to select “download client”; or you can down the client software onto your computer, and then synchronize it to your mobile phone via a data cable.
A: I. Online Mobile Banking
A customer can click to select “China Mobile User”, “China Unicom User” or “China Telecom User” to login at the mobile banking home page website according to the attribute of their mobile phone number, and then the system will perform an identification, verification and authentication according to the phone number and return to associate the login name and bank card number. Customers can click to select the login name or bank card, and then enter the corresponding password to log on to the system. Specifically, to use the login name, customers should use the mobile banking password to login; to use a wealth management card, customers should use the transaction password of the wealth management card to login; and to use a credit card, customers should use the inquiry password of the credit card to login.
Customers can also choose “ordinary login”, entering the “wealth management card number + transaction password”, “credit card + inquiry password”, or “mobile banking login name + mobile banking password” is required.
II. Client Mobile Banking
1. By opening the mobile banking client (logon not required), you can enjoy the special client value-added services. For instance, you can click to select “financial market” to check the net value of funds, “precious metals” to see the metal market situation, “about IB - outlet inquiry” to get information about outlets of IB on the map, and “wealth management calculator” to see information on deposits and loans.
2. Open the mobile banking client, click to select “mobile banking”, and choose “ordinary login”. After login, you can access various services conveniently, such as account inquiry, service management, IB wealth management, precious metals trading, agency fund transactions, bank-securities business, wealth management products, IB wealth management, foreign exchange trading, loan financing, credit card, and credit card repayments.
3. If you need to access services such as “transfer and remittance” and “self-service payment”, you must first go to an IB outlet or log on to the internet banking using a certificate to activate the relevant functions; and then, you can open the mobile banking client, click to select “mobile banking”, and choose “China Mobile User”, “China Unicom User” or “China Telecom User” to log on to mobile banking according to the operator of your mobile phone. It should be noted that:
(1) iPhone customer
To choose “China Unicom User” or “China Mobile User” to log on to mobile banking, iPhone customers must first enter the module of “network setup”, and then click to select “mobile banking network setup” for one-key setup. After handling the service, customers can click to select “restore mobile phone network setup” in the module of “network setup” to restore the initial network setup for the iPhone with one key.
A. Network setup for mobile banking
Select “network setup” on the main menu page of the iPhone Client, click the corresponding button “mobile banking network setup” according to the mobile phone operator → on the page for installing the description file, click to select “install”, and the message box “install description file” will pop up → click to select “install now”, and after finishing the installation, click to select “finish” → click to select the “HOME” key of the iPhone to return, open the IB mobile banking client again, and click to select the “mobile banking” icon to choose the corresponding mobile phone operator for accessing services after login.
B. Restore network setup
Select “network setup” on the main menu page of the iPhone Client, and click the corresponding button “restore mobile phone network setup” according to the mobile phone operator → on the page for installing the description file, click to select “install”, and the message box “install description file” will pop up → click to select “install now” (or “replace”), and after finishing the installation, click to select “finish”. You will have restored the initial network setup for iPhone.
Or, you can choose the “setup” function of the iPhone, click to select “general → description file → configure description file → CIB3gwap or CIBcmwap → click ‘remove’ ” in sequence to restore the initial network setup for the iPhone.
(2) Android customer
To choose “China Mobile User”, “China Unicom User” or “China Telecom User” to log on to mobile banking, an Android customer must first change the access point of the Android mobile phone into wap. In general, the route for the access point setup of an Android mobile phone is: setup → wireless and networks → mobile network setup → name of access point; a China Mobile user should choose cmwap, a China Unicom user 3gwap or uniwap, and a China Telecom user ctwap.A: In order to make it more convenient to use mobile banking, a customer can also register a mobile banking login name for logging on in addition to a wealth management card or credit card number. After registering the login name, customers can associate all their wealth management cards and credit cards under the login name (mobile banking – customer management – add associated account). After successful association, customers can perform the functions of all their associated accounts with one login name.
The mobile banking login name can be a combination of 3-11 numbers and English letters, which are not case sensitive.
The mobile banking password is the login password set for the mobile banking login name when customers registered the mobile banking login name. The mobile banking password can be a combination of 6-10 numbers and English letters, which are case sensitive.
You can use your IB wealth management card or credit card to register the mobile banking login name using the following method: log on to online mobile banking, click to select “Service Application – User Registration” in sequence, and then operate according to the advice provided; or open the mobile banking client, click to select “Help for Users – Mobile Banking Service Application – Register” in sequence, and operate according to the advice provided.
A: Most mobile banking services (website information, inquiry and management, investment and wealth management, financial news, etc.) do not need to be applied for and can be used using a mobile phone.
However, the activation of transfer and remittance, self-service payments, and mobile payments services, etc., should be applied for. Customers can log on to the personal internet banking system using a certificate to activate the functions on their own, or apply for activating them at any IB outlet.
A: Symptom 1: the page stops without response, or shows a white screen.
Solution: Please check to ensure that the internet access setup of your mobile phone has been made according to “Internet Access Setup” (linked to the page of Internet Access Setup).
Symptom 2: “The link that you visited is not effective, please log on again or return to the home page.”
Solution: Please clear the cache memory and cookies of your mobile browser, close the browser, and then visit the mobile banking system again.
Symptom 3: “An error occurred in the URL of the merchant. Please return to the Monternet.”
Solution: Please try again later.
A: If you log on to the normal version (http://wap.cib.com.cn), we recommend you return to the home page via “safe exit”; then click to log on to the 3G version (http://3g.cib.com.cn) to perform the transaction.
A: If the system has an operational failure when you use mobile banking, you can check the following causes and try the following solutions:
(1) The network of the operator has a temporary failure, so please try it again later;
(2) The cause may be that the memory of the mobile phone is full, and you didn’t clear the previous records left by mobile internet access. Please clear them in a timely manner. The name of the corresponding function provided by the mobile phone to clear the previous internet access records is “clear cache of mobile phone”, “clear memory”, “clear previous records”, etc.
