1. Open a personal banking account (debit card or savings book) with password.

3. For the safety of your funds, there are two modes of activating all internet banking functions for you to choose from:

(1) Apply at the counter at any IB outlet with your ID card (original) and an IB account for which internet banking will be activated.

(2) Directly open up or close the required functions of internet banking by logging on to internet banking with a certificate.

Note: application for an internet banking certificate have to be made at an outlet of the Industrial Bank. You will be required to activate SMS guard for transaction before you can make purchases online. Other potentially dangerous transactions (such as transfer and remittance) require the client to use a digital internet banking certificate or activate SMS guard for transaction.

4. If you do not have a personal IB account that includes a password, you may click on “IB e-card” on the Bank's home page, following which, select “I have neither a client ID code for personal internet banking nor a IB account with a password”, to apply for an e-card as well as personal internet banking.

5. If you have a credit card account at the Industrial Bank (IB) with a withdrawal password, but have not yet applied for Personal Internet Banking and an e-card, you can visit the Industrial Bank's homepage, click “Apply for IB e-card” in the logon window, and select “I don't have an IB Personal Internet Banking Number, but I do have an IB credit card account with a withdrawal password” to apply for an e-card and internet banking.
