•  In terms of the leasing period, this service can be divided into short-term one with leasing period within 3 years and long-term one with leasing period beyond 3 years.

•  Fees are charged for this service, and there are two manners to collect, one is in rental, and the other is in tenant's guarantee. Short-term service fee can only be collected in rental, while both two manners are applicable to long-term service.

•  In the case that the fee is paid in the form of rental, it is collected on a one-off basis at the handling day according to the charge standard that may depend on the type of your leasing box and your leasing period. At the same time, a guarantee deposit of the amount of an annual rental shall be saved with the bank, which bears no interest and will be reimbursed to you upon termination of the lease.

•  When the fee is paid in the form of tenant's guarantee, the guarantee deposit shall be saved on a one-off basis at the handling day according to the charge standard that may depend on the type of your leasing box and your leasing period. Interest of the guarantee deposit will be used as the rental, and the principal will be returned to you upon termination.

•  The leaser can access to his/her leasing box during the business hours of the service. Loss report of the key to the box can be handled by the leaser or his/her authorized agent. In this circumstance, the box will be ensealed after verification by the bank. And only cancellation of the loss report is concluded can the leaser access to the box again or have the lock changed and get a new key.
