Self-service banking systems with us include Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Automated Cash Deposit Machine (ACD), Automated Cash Recycling Machine (ACR) and Self-service Banking Terminal (SBT). Through all of them, you can enjoy a host of banking services such as balance inquiries of demand deposit in your IB Card, transaction details of its last 10 items, card-to-account transfers within the bank's system, IB Card password change, etc..
In addition to those common services listed above, our ATMs also enable you to

Features
• All-around inquiries, attentive and meticulous
Via our ATMs, ACDs, ACRs or SBTs, you can make balance inquiries of the term deposits and demand deposit in your IB Card, with currencies varying from RMB to USD, JPY, HKD. Also, you can get an image of the last 10 transactions of your RMB demand account.
• Balance display, convenient and quick
Upon injecting your bankcard and entering correctly its password, the balance of your RMB demand account will be shown on the screen of the ATM or the ACR immediately.
• Friendly interface, unified style
All our ATMs, ACDs, ACRs or SBTs, irrespective of their brand and type, can offer banking services in a unified manner.
• Colorful banking info
Products, services and corporate image of the bank will be introduced on the screen of our self-service banking systems from time to time, which will update your knowledge of the banking services and your understanding of the bank.
• No card retention
There is no card retention on our self-service banking systems, with exception may occur when your IB card is reported of loss or your non-IB cards is required to do so by its issuer, which will save much of your trouble.
• Account number masking
The last few digits of your account number printed in the service slip is masked by “*”, protecting your card against being cloned for illegal purposes.
• Six times of password trials
The system will reject your bankcard and lock it up after 6 consecutive times of incorrect inputs of its password. You are required to handle an unlocking procedure or a loss reporting procedure at any office of your account bank with your ID documents.
• Timeout protection, safe and secure
The system will give timeout message if there is no input for 30 seconds and then reject your bankcard. If the rejected card is not collected for another 30 seconds, the system will retain it to protect it against being lost. In this case, you can bring with your eligible ID documents to the bank where your card is retained to get it back.
