How do I call the customer services hotline?

The hotline can be reached using a land line phone or a mobile phone. In areas where there is an Industrial Bank outlet, you can dial 95561 directly. Otherwise, you will need to dial the area code for the area in which the bank where your account was opened is located, followed by 95561.

How do I enter the self-service system of the customer service hotline?

When personal clients attempt to use the system for the first time, they will be prompted to set an enquiry password. Once this has been set, use it to enter the system.

Corporate clients are required to apply for an enquiry password at the bank where the account was opened before this service can be used.

What's the difference between the enquiry password and the cash withdrawals password?

The enquiry password is both set-up and used in the customer service hotline system. You will be required to input the password when making various enquiries. The password for cash withdrawal is the same as the account password. You will be required to input this password when making financial transactions through the customer service hotline system.

What If I forget my password?

In the event that you have forgotten your enquiry password, the system will prompt you to set a new one following three consecutive incorrect entries of the password. There is no need to go to a bank outlet.

Corporate clients are required to handle the formalities for the re-setting of the password at the bank where the account was opened in the event that the enquiry password has been forgotten.

In the event that personal clients forget their password for cash withdrawal, the client is required to report password loss at a bank counter (proof of identification required).
