Annual fees for credit cards: as to any credit card product without a supplementary card, the annual fees may only be charged at the rate for the principal card; as to any credit card product with a supplementary card, the charging rate for the annual fees of the supplementary card is half of that for the principal card, unless it is otherwise specified. IB will not refund any annual fees that have been collected. If the personal credit record suffers any unfavorable affects due to the failure to pay the annual fees on time, the cardholders should bear such affects themselves.

Account opening: The handling charge of RMB 50 in a lump sum for each RMB corporate settlement account;
Account management charge: If a RMB corporate settlement account is opened for three months and the daily mean balance in the three months is not more than RMB 10,000 (inclusive), RMB 30 -150/account will be charged each quarter; if the daily mean balance in the three months is more than RMB 10,000, RMB 15-75/account will be charged each quarter.

Production cost of Bluetooth Webprotect prefabricated certificate: IB adopts the third-party digital certificate issued by China Financial Certification Authority (CFCA), the only state-level electronic certification institution in the field of finance in China, to identify and authenticate the Mobile banking and personal Internet banking customers.
5. Production cost of the Deluxe Card for Collection (Metal Version): to open or replace the Deluxe Card for Collection (Metal Version) for clients.
Retail customers:
1. Production cost of IC credit cards: it is charged for new card issuance, card re-issuance or replacement , but not for card renewal.
Production cost of IC credit cards and specially designed credit cards are charged after the cards are activated.
2. Production cost is charged for opening or replacing a Deluxe Card for Collection (metal version), enjoying no preferential policies about concession or exemption;
3. Production cost for specially designed credit cards: it is charged for new card issuance, card reissuance or replacement and card renewal (including optional card surface) after the card is activated; the optional service of the same card number is only charged once after the new card is activated.
Institutional clients:

Production cost of prefabricated certificate: the production cost of 2nd-generation Bluetooth prefabricated certificate and 1st-generation Bluetooth prefabricated certificate are charged at the cost price;

IB Steward App blue tooth prefabricated certificate: From December 30, 2016 to June 30, 2025, the 2nd-generation blue tooth prefabricated certificate is free of charge.

Note: The preferential measures above are applicable to the newly-bound blue tooth prefabricated certificate after the opening of IB Steward App service during the implementation of the preferential measures.

1.Prefabricated certificate: Device provided to Internet banking customers for digital signature and secure encryption of the online service for customers. IB adopts the third-party digital certificate issued by the certificate issuing institution with the electronic certification service license such as China Financial Certification Authority (CFCA) for customer identification and certification.
2. Production cost of corporate settlement card: production costs of opening and replacement (including reissuance for loss) of corporate settlement card.

Report loss fee for credit card (excluding replacement card): RMB 50/card for common cards and UnionPay business cards; no charge for other cards.
Retail customers:

The service provided to safeguard the account security of a customer under the circumstances that the customer gets his or her credit card lost, stolen, used in an illegal way or occupied unlawfully by another person.

Overseas ATM Withdrawal:
1. The diamond, black gold and platinum customers may enjoy exemption of fees for the first 3 transactions each month, and gold card users may enjoy 50% discount for the first 3 transactions in each month, which extends from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2025.
2. The Universal Life Debit Card (including Unbounded Debit Card and Teacher Respect Card) users may enjoy the exemption for the first 3 transactions each month, which extends from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2025. Among them, the preferential treatment for Unbounded Debit Cards and Teacher Respect Cards extends from the product’s launch date to June 30, 2025.
3. The Universal Wage Card users may enjoy the exemption for the first 5 transactions in each month, which extends from the product’s launch date to June 30, 2025.
4. The Enjoyable Life Card users may enjoy the exemption for the first 3 transactions each month, which extends from September 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025.

Domestic Inter-bank ATM Withdrawal:
1. The diamond, black gold and platinum customers may enjoy the exemption for the first 10 transactions each month. Gold card users may enjoy a 50% discount for the 4th–10th transactions in each month, which extends from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2025.
2. The Wage Card (including Universal Wage Card) users may enjoy the exemption for the first 20 transactions each month, which is valid from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
3. The IB Military Support Card users may enjoy the exemption for the first 10 transactions each month, which is valid from June 1, 2019.
4. The Financial Social Security Card users may enjoy the exemption for the first 10 transactions each month, which extends from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025.
5. The Enjoyable Life Card users may enjoy the exemption for the first 10 transactions each month, which extends from July 24, 2021 to June 30, 2025.
6. Migrant Worker Salary Card (including New Citizen Debit Card) users may enjoy the exemption for the first 20 transactions each month, which extends from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025.Among them, the preferential treatment for New Citizen Debit Card users extends from the product’s launch date to June 30, 2025.

Farmer Assisting Withdrawal is free for the first transaction per card each month, which extends from May 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.
Retail customers:

Overseas ATM withdrawal/domestic inter-bank ATM withdrawal: to provide debit card users of IB with the service of handling inter-bank withdrawal via the ATM of another overseas/domestic bank with the symbol of “UnionPay” and other card association;
“UnionPay Counter Pass” inter-bank withdrawal: to provide IB debit card users with inter-bank withdrawal service via UnionPay network over the counter of member outlets which jointed “UnionPay Counter Pass” business;
Farmer assisting withdrawal: to provide debit card clients of this Bank with the service of small amount withdrawal, through bank card acquiring terminals set up by UnionPay acquirers in designated cooperative merchant service points in villages and townships (or towns).
Special service for migrant worker bank cards: to provide inter-bank withdrawal services over the counter to the debit card clients of this Bank at a county-level regional credit cooperative, the Postal Savings Bank of China and other acquiring institutions.

000107 Commission Fee for Settlement of Franchised Merchants The handling fee for settlement of franchised merchants is collected by acquirers from merchants, including handling charges of the issuing bank, UnionPay transfer service fee and the acquiring bank service fee, which are charged according to agreements. Bank card swiping and acquiring business:
1. For the debit card acquiring service fee of standard merchants, the fee is charged at a 10% discount of the guiding price standard of bank card swiping fees set by this Bank in 2016 (0.45% for debit card), capped at RMB 20 per transaction. The preferential treatment is valid from September 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025;
2. For the acquiring service fee of preferential merchants, the fee continues to be charged at the rate of not less than 22% discount of the guiding price standard of bank card swiping fee set by this Bank in 2016. The preferential treatment is valid from September 6, 2016 to June 30, 2025;
3. This Bank has implemented exemption for the acquiring service fee of reduced or exempted merchants.
To provide the service of acquiring bank card payment and code bar payment, capital settlement, inquiry and for the franchised merchants of this Bank.
000108 Charge for Re-issuance and Replacement of Credit Cards RMB 20 each card; no additionally fee for ordinary mailing, and an additional charge of RMB 20 each letter for necessary express delivery. When cardholders cannot use their credit cards due to damage, breakage, indistinct signature or demagnetized magnetic strip of their cards, or under other special circumstances, card re-issuance and replacement services may be provided to customers. 000111 Handling Fee for Remittance in Overseas Transactions (only for dual-currency credit cards, VISA/MasterCard single-brand credit cards) Charged at the rate of 1.5% of the transaction amount. This Bank provides the service of converting the card settlement currency into the local currency to a customer who settles non-USD consumption with VISA or MasterCard gateway in overseas transactions.

Telecommunication fee (if any) for overseas or domestic remittance and the charge collected on behalf of other banks (if any) are otherwise collected from the customer.
For cross-border foreign exchange remittances opting for the small amount full amount credited service (for remittance amounts equivalent to USD 10,000 or less), an additional fee of 50 RMB per transaction will be charged on top of the handling fee and telecommunication fee (if any), and no further charges for intermediary bank fees will be collected.
2. Handling charges for outward remittance (Organization clients):
Charged at the rate of 0.1% of the remittance.Down to RMB 50 and up to RMB 1,000 will be charged for each transaction of overseas remittance.
Down to RMB 20 and up to RMB 200 will be charged for each transaction of domestic remittance.
Telecommunication fee (if any) for overseas or domestic remittance and the charge collected on behalf of other banks (if any) will be otherwise collected from customer.
For cross-border foreign exchange remittances opting for the small amount full amount credited service (for remittance amounts equivalent to USD 10,000 or less), an additional fee of 50 RMB per transaction will be charged on top of the handling fee and telecommunication fee (if any), and no further charges for intermediary bank fees will be collected.
3. For the remittance from a cash account, cash-to-remittance fee is charged at the price differences of foreign exchange rate announced on the current day.
4. Handling charges for inquiry of outward remittance: RMB 100 is charged for an inquiry of a transaction within three months, RMB 200 for a transaction beyong three months but within six months and over RMB 300 for a transaction beyond six months.The telecommunication fee and the charge collected on behalf of other banks are otherwise collected from the customer.
5. Handling charges for modification of remittance instruction/countermand and return of remittance: RMB 100/transaction. The telecommunication fee and the charge collected on behalf of other banks are otherwise collected from the customer.
Outward remittance (Retail customer):
1. Remittance handling charges: VIP customers may enjoy concession/exemption of fees i.e. the diamond, niello and platinum customers may enjoy exemption and gold card users may enjoy a 50% discount, which extends from January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2025. Such preferential treatment for VIP customers is not applicable to other fees, such as telecommunication fee, cash-to-remittance fee and those charged by overseas banks.
2. For Universal Life Debit Card (including Unbounded Debit Card and Teacher Respect Card) users, cross-border foreign exchange remittance is exempted from the handling charge, which extends from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
3. For Universal Wage Card, if the deposit balance reaches an amount equivalent to RMB 5000 (inclusive), cross-border foreign exchange remittance is exempted from the handling charge, which extends from the product’s launch date to June 30, 2025.
4.For Universal Life Debit Card (including Unbounded Debit Card and Teacher Respect Card) users, cash-to-remittance fee is exempted from  charge, which extends from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Outward remittance (Institutional customer):
For the outward remittance between domestic branch systems of this Bank, the handling charge is exempted, which extends from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
1. Outward remittance: to provide remitters with the payment services of cross-border foreign currencies, domestic foreign currencies and cross-border RMB to domestic and overseas payees.
2.Small amount full amount credited service: In cross-border foreign exchange remittance transactions, this innovative service allows remitters to send small amounts equivalent to $10,000 or less. The fees charged by foreign banks are no longer deducted from the principal amount of the remittance but are instead collected directly from the remitter as a fixed fee. This ensures that the overseas recipient can quickly receive the full amount of the remittance.
3. Cash-to-remittance fee:to provide remitters with the service of converting foreign currency banknotes to foreign currency cash remittances.
4. Inquiry of outward remittance: to handle the inquiry about outward remittance for customers.
5. Modification of remittance instruction/countermand and return of remittance: to modify the remittance instruction or cancel and return the remittance.

Telecommunication fee of message: RMB 100/transaction; the telecommunication fee of SWIFT message borne by other banks or the beneficiaries is charged at the rate of USD 25/transaction or other equivalent value from the party bearing the expense.
1. Diamond customers are free of telecommunication fees.
2. Telecommunication fees of cross-border foreign exchange remittance messages of Universal Life Debit Card (including Unbounded Debit Card and Teacher Respect Card) customers are exempted for the first 30 transactions during the preferential treatment period, which extends from  July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
3. For a non-diamond customer, if balance in a Universal Wage Card reaches an amount equivalent to RMB 5000 (inclusive), the telecommunication fee is charged RMB 50 per transaction for cross-border foreign exchange remittance messages, which extends from the product’s launch date to June 30, 2025.
4. If SWIFT message fee is assumed by other banks or beneficiaries, the said preferential treatment is not applicable.
