000433 Handling charge for consignment loan 0-3% of the consignment loan amount and the ratio of handling charges to be decided by the branch and consigner in question through consultation.   Our bank (i.e., the consignee) provides agency loan extension, monitors the use of loans and assists to take back loans according to the loan target, purpose, amount, term, and interest rate decided by the consigner. The method to collect the handling charge for consignment loan from the consigner shall be stipulated in the consignment contract by and between the consigner and IB.

Circular on Adjustment to the Preferential Rate of Handling Charges for Agency Precious Metal Investment Products of Shanghai Gold Exchange for Personal Customers

Our bank, as a finance member of Shanghai Gold Exchange, acts as agency for customer to handle such transactions as precious metal trading, relevant capital settlement and physical delivery inside SGE.
Retail customers:

It covers the handling charge collected by Shanghai Gold Exchange, of which that for Au(T+D) is 0.02%, that for gold spot products 0.035%, and that for silver products 0.02%. Customers of deferred products may enjoy the exemption of handling charge for close position transaction (including the handling charge for transaction collected by SGE and agency handling charge collected by IB)

1. Transaction type: Handling charge for transaction: Not more than 0.20% of the transaction amount
2. Physical type: for each agency physical precious metal business, the handling charge will be charged based on market principle, according to the product condition and negotiated with precious metal corporate clients.

2. Physical type: accept the entrust of precious metal corporate and provide customers with service regarding promoting physical precious metal products.

1. Transaction type: including transaction handling charges for Shanghai Gold Exchange; The default standard handling charges for investment customers that trade precious metal independently is 0.11%, and the specific preferential treatment may be negotiated with the local branch according to the policies of IB;
2. Physical type: the charge will be implemented since October 25th, 2017.
000435 Handling charges for agency transaction No more than 1% of the agency transaction amount, the specific proportion can be negotiated by branches with customers.   Making use of our industrial advantages in resources, channels, customers, projects, network, technology and information, we provide agency transaction service for customers regarding products of bond, interest, currency rate and bulk commodity. The fee will be charged from Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

Notes: 1. The services listed in the price list are both applicable to retail customers and institutional customers.

2. Changes to the charging rates and preferential policies of service items are subject to our latest notice.

3. If the local charging administration authorities set down unified prices for the above charging items, the branches in question may follow the relevant provisions.
