1. The service charge for the first month will be exempted for a customer applying the service for the first time;2. It is free for diamond, black gold and platinum customers; 3. It is free for wage card, "Enjoyable Life” card and "Universal Life" card.
The preferential treatment lasts from Jan. 1, 2017 till December 31, 2017.
Retail customers:

“SMS Smart” service: The basic SMS value-added service provided to the customers of IB, with which customers may, according to their own need, independently choose notification upon change in account, notice for over-limit balance, notice for net value of fund, notice for over-limit net value of fund, monitoring of precious metal quotation, and interactive SMS; Service charge for SMS notification upon transaction of credit card: After a card-holder activate the transaction SMS notification service, the bundled mobile phone number of the card-holder can receive the transaction SMS notification once the card-holder initiates any transaction with his or her credit card. In this way, the customer may know the state of his or her credit card and ensure security in using card.
Retail customers:

The wage card customers shall be verified by the Bank according to the agency wage criteria for the wage cards, and the wage card meeting the criteria may enjoy preferential changes.
Organization clients:

Smart Guard and Smart Secretary:  RMB 0.1 each message, maximum RMB 100 a month; SMS Smart:  It will be charged on a monthly basis, RMB 10 for not more than 20 messages, and RMB 0.3 each for messages over 20; Service charge for SMS notification upon transaction of credit card: RMB 3 each account a month (collected upon a quarterly basis); free of charge for platinum credit card (including titanium card) and diamond card.
Organization clients:

Smart Guard, Smart Secretary and SMS Smart: For customers reaching the certain criteria for identifying customers in terms of closeness of cooperation with IB and contributions to IB, certain concession may be given, and the specific rate of concession is subject to the official circular of the Head Office and relevant branch.

1. Smart Guard: to provide SMS verification code or mobile dynamic password for customers in the trading process via corporate internet banking; 2. Smart Secretary: to notify the relevant operator the instruction flowing process, result and other information of a transaction by way of SMS;3. In capital, assets and other matchmaking businesses, by taking advantage of IB's industry advantages in resources, channels, clients, projects, financing tools, network, technology and information, IB provides customers and third parities with opportunities in matchmaking deals, or platform for matchmaking deals.  
000841 Assistance charge for business marketing Subject to relevant agreement, it will be charged according to the services provided to customers.   To assist cooperative customers in business marketing, products or clients referral, service provision, information consulting and etc.
