For customers reaching the certain criteria for identifying customers in terms of closeness of cooperation with IB and contributions to IB, certain concession may be given, and the specific rate of concession is subject to the official circular of the Head Office and relevant branch. To provide customers, under agreement, with the services of inquiry, wealth management, transfer and payment, virtual sub-account management or capital management service such as payment, aggregation and allocation.  
020202 Handling Charge for Internet Transaction (Service) Online merchants for inter-bank payment/Online special merchants/Online collection/payment pass merchant: pay as agreed, 0.15% of the transaction amount of B2C online payment of online inter-bank collection; RMB6 for each transaction of inter-bank B2B online payment; 0.35% of the transaction amount of inter-bank B2C fast payment; entrusted collection: RMB 1 for each transaction; etrusted payment: RMB 0.5 for each transaction. The final pricing will be negotiated and determined with customers according to actual conditions of local market and customer.   IB provides e-mall merchants with the services of online in-bank and inter-bank payment and funds settlement and meanwhile, provides the system platform for the signed merchants to use. Merchants can inquire about payment, transactions and settlements and refund money on the platform. The collection and payment business supports corporate and personal collection and payment, online settlement business supports payment with RMB debit card and credit card, and online payment with international credit card such as VISA and MASTER CARD. Online special merchants: including B2C/B2B/mobile phone;
020203 Other bill service charge Handling charge for bill custody/L/C custody/bill pledge: Not more than RMB100 per commercial bill/L/C for custody and not more than RMB50 for bill pledge; or a total annual charge for custody/pledge at the agreed price with the customer;

Management charge for electronic business draft service: it will be negotiated and determined with customers according to specific conditions.
  "Bill custody: IB provides customers, according to their entrustment, with integrated services including commercial draft safekeeping, inquiry of notes, identification of notes, and reminder of maturity;
L/C custody: IB provides services including L/C custody as L/C custody supplier.
Bill pledge: IB accepts the undue commercial drafts that customers transfer (endorse) to our bank, and provides them with financing services under such drafts. Customers may inquire about draft status, draft information and information about the available credit line under the corresponding drafts;
Electronic business draft service and management: IB provides services including issuance, acceptance, endorsement transfer, discount, pledge, reminder of payment and inquiry of electronic business draft through internet banking for customers qualified for the business.
 
020204 Service charge for Corporate internet banking service charge for bank-finance direct linkage Annual corporate internet banking service charge for bank-finance direct linkage/corporate internet banking transaction charge for bank-finance direct linkage: The charge may be determined by each branch through consultation with a customer based on the offered corporate internet banking service provided that it does not go beyond the scope of charges collected by our bank from corporate customers.    A financial company may achieve two-way transmission of relevant information, data and instructions after establishing an embedded direct linkage between the financial management system and the internet banking system of our bank. A financial company may directly operate banking businesses with its funds management software, and our bank will provide the financial company with centralized funds management services including inquiry and statement about account transaction information, account management and funds aggregation, outward payment, transfer and remittance, and agency exchange.
