Notes: 1. The "local" scope is not smaller than the administrative division of a prefecture-level city, including the municipality directly under the central government, provincial capital, and city specifically designated in the state plan.
2. The charging rates for real-time inter-bank transfer or other services with an IB E-card are the same as the rates with IB debit card. Specifically, if there is any IB outlet at the place where the paying bank is located, no handling commissions will be charged for common inter-bank transfer with an IB E-card via internet banking or mobile banking (designated transfer / free transfer).
3. All oversea banking charges will be collected in line with the actual cost.
4. Changes to the charging rates and preferential policies of service items are subject to our latest notice.
5. If the local charging administration authorities set down unified prices for the above charging items, the branches in question may follow the relevant provisions.
