1. This Service Price List is developed according to the Price Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Measures on Administration of Service Price of Commercial Banks (No. 1 Circular of CBRC and NDRC in 2014) and relevant regulations.
2. 3. Industrial Bank Retail Service Price List is applicable to retail clients; the Price List of Institutional Services in Industrial Bank is applicable to institutional clients; the Price List of Comprehensive Services in Industrial Bank is suitable for both retail and institutional clients.
4. Changes to the charging standards and preferential policies of service items and preferential policies of each sub-branch are subject to our latest notices.
5. If the local charging administration authorities set down unified prices for the charging items, the branches in question should follow the relevant provisions.
6. The “local” scope is not smaller than the administrative division of a prefecture-level city, including the municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals, and cities under separate state planning.
7. “Micro- and small-sized enterprises” refer to those enterprises of a micro or small size specified in the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Standard for Defining Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (GXBLQY [2011] No. 300).
8. The currency of price in all charging standards is RMB unless otherwise indicated.
9. All charges incurred from other banks are collected in line with the actual cost. Regulations of domestic and foreign regulatory agency or industry organization providing for service charges should prevail.
10. If services related to credit cards require express delivery, the express delivery fee is collected at the rate of RMB 20/mail. For retail customers: UnionPay VIP platinum credit card, GOLF platinum credit card, Xing platinum credit card, IB&Xiamen Airlines Egret co-branded platinum credit card, IB & Shanghai Benz co-branded platinum credit card, Business Express diamond credit card, and platinum credit card (standard version), the express delivery fees are exempted. If other services require express delivery/mailing, the express delivery/mailing fees should be collected based on the charging standards of relevant express delivery companies or the post office.
11. The handling charges for transfer and remittance to the financial treasury, for disaster relief, and of comfort fund are exempted.
12. This Service Price List should come into effect on July 1, 2024. Preferential measures or the measures marked in the notes with a separate effective date should come into effect on the effective date noted.
