The appraisal aims to give more exposure to listed companies that bring sustained returns to shareholders through excellent financial performance, a high standard of corporate management and first class management teams, brands and strategies. Event organizers created databases of key company indexes such as financial performance, profit consistency, corporate management and investor relations. The databases were used to conduct a comprehensive appraisal of over 1500 listed companies. These appraisals were then linked in with opinions from experts and the results of public voting online to compile a finalized ranking.
