Upgraded CIB ONLINE For the New Year

The new and improved “CIB ONLINE”, the Industrial Bank's portal website, was officially launched on January 20. Compared with the previous version of the website, the column design, layout and presentation of the new CIB ONLINE is much more customer oriented. The new home page comes in a 3-column structure with newly added navigational access for 3 major business sections, namely retail banking, institutional banking and electronic banking. The home page also highlights the most important product/service information from each section so as to provide clients with a platform for transaction and information services that is rich in information and high in quality. The new version of CIB ONLINE has been designed to be simpler in style, with major areas of content being much more prominent than before, information being classified in a more logical way and navigation being much easier. Moreover, the site's information storage and capacity for expansion have both been increased significantly. Log on to www.cib.com.cn to experience a totally new and upgraded service.

The Industrial Bank has made major efforts to develop e-banking over recent years. It has independently developed a compressive e-banking financial service platform that consists of three major service brands: “Online CIB” internet banking, “Hotline CIB”telephone banking and “Wireless CIB” mobile banking. Transactions made though e-banking services already account for 35% of the bank's business. In the future, the Industrial Bank will continue to expand the boundaries of its e-banking services and found partnerships with a number of organizations to promote comprehensive operation. By continuing to increase the added value of services, the Bank aims to provide e-banking services that offer everything that clients need.
