Meanwhile, the certificate is preloaded by CFCA and can be used only after the client's identity information has been bounded at a bank outlet. This bound identify information is unique and cannot be changed. Compared to the mode in which the client has to download the digital certificate themselves over the internet, this new mode of operation guarantees that correlation between the client's certificate and account information is totally unique. Undoubtedly, this method is more secure.
