Industrial Bank Donates RMB 15 Million to the Earthquake Stricken Qinghai Yushu Region

On April 14th , Yushu County, a part of the Yushu Tibetan Minority Prefecture of Qinghai Province, was rocked by a powerful earthquake. This unexpected disaster has tugged at the hearts of the 20,000 Industrial Bank employees nationwide. The Party Committee of the Industrial Bank took swift action in response to the disaster, and bank employees have taken positive action in making donations. The Industrial Bank and its employees proceeded to donate RMB 15 million Yuan to the Yushu disaster area on April 19th via the Chinese Red Cross. This donation demonstrates that the bank fully supports the relief of disaster stricken people in Yushu.

For the time being, donations sent to any of these charitable organizations will be exempt from transfer fees and charges.
