Latest Forbes Global 2000 Rankings Released

Industrial Bank Climbs 144 Places

On April 21st , the latest Forbes Global 2000 rankings were released by Forbes magazine. Companies from a total of 62 countries and regions were included in the rankings. The Industrial Bank climbed 144 places to secure an overall rank of 245th . Moreover, the bank ranked 15 th among the 113 listed companies from the Chinese mainland that made the list.

The Forbes Global 2000 rankings are compiled on the basis of a comprehensive appraisal that considers sales, profit, a ssets and market value. The rankings have long been regarded as the most authoritative and influential rankings of listed companies in the world, offering a full and objective insight into the comprehensive strength and market value of the world's largest and most powerful listed companies. This year, there were a total of 201 enterprises from China that made the list, including 113 companies from the Chinese mainland, 49 from Hong Kong and 39 from Taiwan .
