According to the newest rankings of the world's Top 300 companies as compiled by authoritative publication the Financial Times, the Industrial Bank ranked in 282nd place, making it into the top 300 with a total market value of USD 27.044 billion, representing an increase of USD 10 billion over the previous year. This year's ranking represents a climb of 10 places compared to the year before. Among the 23 mainland enterprises entering the rankings, the Industrial Bank came in 15th place.
The Financial Times FT300 is an annual survey and ranking of the world's largest companies based on market value. The survey has been conducted for 14 consecutive years, and is one of the most authoritative and talked-about company rankings in the world. A total of 23 enterprises from Mainland China made the rankings this year, 4 less than last year.
