According to sources, IB is reputed in the industry for its bank-to-bank platform designed to serve small and medium-sized banks. In recent years, IB has grasped the market opportunities brought about by the fast development of domestic rural banks and came up with the “financial growth solution for rural banks” to provide comprehensive financial services for rural banks, including payment settlement, core system construction and custody and wealth management. Such financial services have not only helped resolve many technical barriers and practical difficulties for rural banks in establishing an institution, system construction, compliance management and payment settlement, but also effectively avoided high investment requirements and the duplicate construction of IT systems. The platform has lent powerful support to a majority of rural banks for improving the financial service functions of new rural financial institutions, achieved remarkable social and economic benefits and has realized the organic combination of business model innovation and corporate social responsibility. So far, 10 rural banks have entrusted IB to construct and take care of their core systems and over 30 rural banks have constructed proxy access to modern payments systems via IB.
