Upon the coming May 1st holiday, people have various plans, like travelling abroad, staying at home, enjoying the outdoor life or just shopping. Although different people have different choices, but all hope to enjoy the holiday while spending less.
Industrial Bank (IB) Credit Card and Ctrip.com collaboratively launch the preferential promotion of “Enjoy Different Returns”. What is “Enjoy Different Returns”? Mr. Xue Jingyu, an employees of a fashion magazine who has decided to have a travel in Europe during the May Holiday, speaks on the subject with great familiarity: “If one books the designated routes to Europe and/or America at Ctrip.com before August 31 with an IB credit card, he or she can enjoy ‘immediate concession of tour fees’ and ‘reward of Ctrip gift card’. There are more than 140 routes available, including those to New York, Hawaii, London, Paris, Roman, and Athens, etc.” If a cardholder pays the group fees fully with his or her IB credit card and finish the travel, he or she can enjoy the return up to RMB 3,000, including the immediate concession of tour fees amounting to RMB 1,000, a Ctrip gift card worth RMB 1,000 for any oversea transaction and a Ctrip gift card worth RMB 1,000 for all oversea transactions totaling RMB 15,000 (for this return, the cardholder is required to sign up by sending the short message of CCDG to 95561 before the travel). If one chooses any designated travel route to South Korea, the preferential return may be up to RMB 1,500.
“This preference is very hot, so you should move as soon as possible!” Mr. Xue reminds that, for travel to Europe and/or America, the preference is only offered to the first 200 customers each month, and for travel to South Korea, the first 400 customers. In addition, at least two persons are required for each travel.
For one who likes wandering about a corner in the city, staying idle oneself or gathering with some friends to spend the May Holiday leisurely, Starbucks may be a good choice. IB and Starbucks jointly launch the activity of exchanging drinks with credit card rewarded points, which offers substantial preference. Before September 30, cardholders (except co-branded cards with airliners and supplementary card) may exchange any large cup of hand-made drink with 6,000 rewarded points at the designated outlet of Starbucks around China. After exchanging up to four cups each month, the cardholder may also further the exchange without limit with 17,500 rewarded points.
Good news for cardholders who like accumulating points: The Bank launched “PASS Credit Card” recently. After having 3 point-based transactions with the card, with each being not less than RMB 100, at physical stores each month, a cardholder may accumulate his or her rewarded points with internet transactions in the next month. The activity will last till the end of this year.
