Welcome to Accumulate Rewarded Points of Credit Card Across the Whole Network

As a online shopping expert, have you ever felt sorry when shopping at various websites, for example, that online shopping brings you many cheap and fine goods but without rewarded points of credit cards; even for some website co-branded credit cards, the rewarded points are still available at particular sites.

Now things have changed. As learnt by the reporter from IB, the Bank has partnered with China Beijing Environment Exchange in issuing IB PASS credit card, the first in its kind that supports accumulation of rewarded points across the whole network. No matter it’s shopping with comprehensive online mall such as Taobao, JD or YHD, transactions at special website such as dididache or kuaidadi, payment via “UnionPay Online”, Alipay or Wechat, rewarded points are all available.

To activate above mentioned function, card holders only need to complete 3 transactions involving rewarded points each with an amount equal or higher than 100 yuan, then he/she can enjoy the benefits from next month (with an upper limit of 10,000 points per month). For example, Mr. Wang successfully applied for an IB PASS credit card in this May, and swiped card in three transactions in a supermarket each with an amount of 100 yuan. If his online shopping amount reaches 3,000 yuan in this June, he can receive 3,000 rewarded points directly; 11,000 yuan for 10,000 points.

It is said IB had launched co-branded credit card with Taobao.com. When shopping at taobao dealers marked with "accept payment with credit card" and making the payment via "fast payment" function, the card holder will enjoy rewarded points and use the points to deduct transaction amount at 500 points to 1 yuan.

IB Taobao co-branded card can be deemed as targeting just individual online shopping website, while the PASS credit card now bring benefits to card holders with broader options to receive rewarded points.

With plenty of opportunities amid online shopping, the PASS credit card marked another effort in improving online shopping function and service by IB, which might make itself a new favorite for online shoppers.
