On March 30, China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) commended the collective and individual models in the Chinese banking industry in Beijing, honoring 452 collective and individual titles of “Lei Feng Model Post” and “Model Citizen in Following Comrade Lei Feng” in the industry. Specifically, honors were conferred to 10 units of Industrial Bank including Majiang Operation Center of the Payment and Settlement Department under IB Head Office and 10 individuals of IB including Liang Liang of the Credit Card Center and Chen Ming of the IT Department.
Holding the “customer-centered” service concept, IB has always attached great importance to the Cultural and Ideological Progress and the volunteer activities of following the example of Comrade Lei Feng, and has made active exploration in building a long-acting mechanism for the volunteer service of following the example of Comrade Lei Feng, making a common practice across the entire bank the activities of following the example of Comrade Lei Feng. With a large group of collective and individual models emerging, the bank fully brings into play the demonstrative role of collective and individual models to carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng and take the lead to practice the core values, with a view to leading the whole bank to keep improving financial services, enhancing the level of services, and making the core brand concept of “Growing Together with Sincere Service” really deserve itself and spread far and broad.
