Instant Search of Outlets under 800 Cooperative Banks and an Upgrade of Inclusive Service on Interbank Platform

Are there any bank outlets and what service do they provide? Now these information can be found via IB's “Money Manager”APP. Recently it is reported that the function of “searching nearby outlets” is available in “Money Manager” APP. Users can not only search nearby outlets and outlets under 800 cooperative banks on interbank platform, but also open the navigation mode.

The journalist opened “Money Manager”APP and found that apart from searching nearby outlets, users can select the outlets upon the service type they need (such as on-site signing of counter risk appraisal, deposit, withdrawal and transfer with bank cards or passbook and so forth). After doing that, the map will show nearby outlets where users can go for their business, or all the services a certain outlet can provide, which is convenient and practical.

“Money Manager”APP is a one-stop wealth management platform created by IB base on “Interbank platform”, covering a variety of wealth management products, including bank wealth management, Manager’s Wallet, funds, trust, precious metals and endowment insurance products. As of the end of June, the number of individual clients has reached 6.54 million and financial products sold to terminal clients have amounted to 240 billion yuan. This function offers clients with a large-scale, fast and convenient portable service network. It acts as one of the essential initiatives IB launched to adapt to the Internet development trend, push forward combination of online services and offline services and improve user’s experience.

As a leader of domestic bank cooperation businesses, IB's interbank platform gives full play to products and technological advantages, transmits advanced management experience, financial products and technological capability to cities of the third and fourth tiers and regions with underdeveloped finance, and serves small- and medium-sized financial institutions including urban commercial banks, rural credit cooperatives, village banks and private banks. In June, 2016, IB launched new strategies of interbank platform. A personnel of IB’s bank cooperation center said that the Bank is promoting construction of financial asset exchanges, relying on interbank platform websites, “Money Manager” APP and other online channels to push forward deeper combination of online services and offline services, making available the issuance, registration and transaction of financial products like wealth management products, large-sum certificates of deposit and assets backed securities, so as to offer investors transaction service, provide small- and medium-sized financial institutions with financial services including active liability and asset securitization. Meanwhile, it strives to create an international interbank platform by virtue of cross-border RMB payment and agency of payment and settlement.
