From January 29 to January 30, as the Spring Festival approaches, Lv Jiajin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of IB, visited Beijing to extend greetings and well wishes for the Lunar New Year to retired cadres, veteran Party members, and grassroots employees. Representing the Party Committee of the head office, he conveyed warm greetings and New Year blessings, emphasizing the importance of fully implementing the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and the overall work deployment of the bank. He highlighted the commitment to the people-centered development philosophy, focusing on the primary task of high-quality development, and called for confidence, invigoration, and united efforts to usher in a new era of high-quality financial development. During the mornings of January 29 and 30, Lv Jiajin visited the Beijing branch and the Haidian Central Sub-branch to greet the frontline staff and held symposiums to review the management of strategic and institutional clients, as well as the development of retail business. He stated, "The plan for a year begins in spring!" He urged branches, as fundamental operating units, to enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, to be proactive and immediate in their actions, and to effectively implement the various deployments of the bank's work conference to ensure a "good start" in the first quarter, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual budget targets. He emphasized the importance of seizing the "peak season of peak season" for retail deposits, loans, and wealth sales around the Spring Festival, strengthening talent development, public-private collaboration, technological support, and digital operations to promote high-quality development and leapfrogging in retail business. On the afternoon of January 30th, during the Spring Festival greeting event, Lv Jiajin and his team gathered with former Party Committee member and Supervisor Chairman Bi Zhonghua, along with veteran Party members, retired cadres, and outstanding Party member representatives, to discuss development and share joyful reunions. Lv Jiajin provided an update on the efforts made since the formation of the new Party Committee, emphasizing the diligent implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's care and important directives towards IB.
