CIB Hosts Corporate Financing Exchange Event at BSE

On the afternoon of July 3, CIB held a special event in Beijing titled “Setting Sail and Chasing Light - Walking with CIB · Entering the Beijing Stock Exchange”, facilitating efficient connections between technology enterprises and the capital market. Representatives from the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) and CIB attended the event, engaging in in-depth discussions with executives from 20 technology companies on capital market policies, IPO practices, and financial service needs.

During the event, BSE representatives systematically introduced the exchange’s distinctive market mechanisms and growth opportunities for enterprises, providing professional policy guidance. In the interactive session, company representatives explored practical topics such as regional equity market green channels and listing policies with experts, gaining tailored advice. CIB highlighted its full-lifecycle sci-tech finance solutions and specialized financial service portfolios covering the entire process, full cycle and entire ecosystem of IPO, addressing the differentiated financial service needs of enterprises.

An executive from CIB stated that the bank will deepen strategic cooperation with ecosystem partners including exchanges, investment institutions, and intermediaries to further optimize its sci-tech financial services and innovate comprehensive solutions, contributing to the cultivation of new quality productive forces.

As a domestically systemically important bank, CIB has accelerated its integration into the “technology-industry-finance” virtuous cycle in recent years, positioning sci-tech finance as its “fourth hallmark” to promotes deep convergence of the “policy chain, innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain.” To date, CIB has provided nearly RMB 50 billion in financing to over 1,000 BSE and New Third Board-listed companies, strongly supporting China’s innovation-driven development strategy. As of the end of the first quarter of this year, CIB’s sci-tech finance loan balance exceeded RMB 1 trillion.
