Pursuant to the Reply of the China Banking Regulatory Commission Concerning Industrial Bank Applying for the Establishment of a Branch in Qingdao (Yin Jian Fu [2007] No.72) and the Reply of China Banking Regulatory Commission Concerning Industrial Bank Applying for the Establishment of a Branch in Dalian (Yin Jian Fu [2007] No.107), the Company has been authorized to establish branches in Qingdao and Dalian. Upon the completion of preparation work, an application will be made to the Qingdao Banking Regulatory Bureau and the Dalian Banking Regulatory Bureau for permission to open the Qingdao Branch and Dalian Branch respectively.
