The thirteenth meeting of the third session of the Board of Supervisors of the Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. was held in Fuzhou on March 26, 2007. T he number of supervisors eligible to attend the meeting was nine. The actual number of supervisors that attended the meeting was nine (among them, Supervisors Wu Xiaohui and Huang Dazhan entrusted Bi Zhonghua, Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors, to exercise the voting right on their behalf on matters to be deliberated at the meeting). The meeting complied with the relevant regulations of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company.
