The Company received a notice from its recommending institution BOC International ( China ) Limited, stating that its Recommending Representative Mr. Geng Lisheng had resigned from the recommending institution. It was determined that Mr. Jiang Yu would succeed to the office of Recommending Representative during the period of supervision and guidance. After this alteration, Recommending Representatives during the continuous supervision and guidance period are Mr. Li Qingwen and Mr. Jiang Yu.
