Pursuant to “The Approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission on the Acquisition of Xingtong Urban Credit Cooperatives and the Setting Up of Harbin Branch, (Yin Jian Fu[2007] No.433), China Banking Regulatory Commission approved the acquisition of Xingtong Urban Credit Cooperatives and the setting up of Harbin Branch by the Company. The Company shall apply to the Heilongjiang Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission for the opening of Harbin Branch upon completion of the relevant setting up procedures.
