Pursuant to “The Approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission on the Setting Up of Nanning Branch, (Yin Jian Fu[2007] No.447), China Banking Regulatory Commission approved the setting up of Nanning Branch by the Company. The Company shall apply to the Guangxi Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission for the opening of Nanning Branch upon completion of the relevant setting up procedures.
