The eighth meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors was convened at the Xiamen Seaview Resort Hotel on September 22, 2008. All nine supervisors eligible to attend the meeting was present. (The Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors Bi Zhonghua represented the supervisors Wu Xiaohui and Zhou Yuhan at the meeting and exercised the voting rights on their behalf on the deliberations). Meeting attendance conformed to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company.
The Meeting deliberated and approved three motions: Provisional Measures on the Dutiful Work Assessment of Directors and Senior Management by the Board of Supervisors, Auditing Survey Report on the Operations of Comprehensive Assessment Approaches, and Auditing Survey Report on the Comprehensive Businesses of the Treasury Operation Center.
Voting Result: In Favor: 9 votes; In Opposition: 0 vote; Abstention: 0 votes.
The Meeting also listened to reports on the recent financial situation and risk conditions in the first half of the year.
