The Industrial Bank Co., Ltd (the“Company”) and all members of the Board of Supervisors hereby warrant that the information contained in this announcement is true, accurate and complete, and assume joint and several liabilities for any false representation, misleading statement or material omission.
Upon statistical analysis, as of the date of this Announcement, the risk exposure arising from investments and transactions of the Company related to LEH amounts to a total of USD33,600,000.
The Company has not yet calculated and extracted the depreciation reserves for the said investments and transactions. The Company will conduct a risk appraisal of the said investments and transactions, extract the relevant depreciation reserves based on the principle of prudence and disclose this in accordance with applicable regulations.
