In accordance with the resolution of the Company's 2007 annual general shareholders' meeting, the Company has engaged Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants Ltd for 2008 annual audit. The Company received a notice from the accountant firm that it has changed its name from “Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants Ltd” to “Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.” as required by Fujian Provincial Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce.
