The 2008 Annual Report of the Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. was originally scheduled to be released on 17 March, 2009. Due to the fact that the Board of Directors of the Company is in the belief that matters concerning the remuneration of senior management still require further deliberation, the Company has been unable to complete the report on schedule. The Company has submitted an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the release of the 2008 Annual Report to be rescheduled to 28 April, 2009.
