Announcement on the Replacement of the Securities Affairs Representative
The Industrial Bank Co., Ltd (the Company) and all members of the Board of Directors hereby warrant that the information contained in this announcement is true, accurate and complete, and assume joint and several liabilities for any false representation, misleading statement or material omission.
Ms. Zhao Jie, Securities Affairs Representative of the Company, will no longer serve as Securities Affairs Representative of the Company due to reassignment. The Company would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude for the efforts that Ms. Zhao has made in the capacity of the Company’s Securities Affairs Representative and for her contributions to the Company’s securities affairs and investor relations.
After deliberation, the Company has decided to appoint Mr. Chen Zhiwei as its Securities Affairs Representative. The following is a profile of Mr. Chen:
Mr. Chen was born in July 1979. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a economist title. He has served in the Company’s Secretariat and Office of Board of Directors since August 2001. He is currently Senior Deputy Manager of the Office of the Board of Directors.
Pursuant to The Administrative Provisions on the Qualifications of Secretary to the Board of Directors of Companies Listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange, Mr. Chen will expeditiously participate in related training and examinations in order to obtain the credentials to serve as a board secretary.
