Announcement Regarding Ratification of the China Banking Regulatory Commission Concerning the Issuance of Subordinated Bonds
The Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. has received the “Ratification for Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Regarding the Issuance of Subordinated Bonds” (Yin Jian Fu (2009) No. 260) from the China Banking Regulatory Commission, granting the Company permission to issue subordinated bonds to the sum of RMB10 billion. Said bonds will be classed as supplementary capital in accordance with the “Administration of Capital Adequacy Ratio of Commercial Banks”.
The issuance of the said subordinated bonds is pending approval by the People’s Bank of China.
