The 16th Meeting of the fourth Board of Supervisors of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. was held in Fuzhou on November 21, 2009. The number of supervisors required to attend the meeting was nine, whereas the number of supervisors that actually attended the meeting was nine (wherein, Supervisor Deng Weili and Zhou Yuhan entrusted Bi Zhonghua, Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors, to attend the meeting and exercise voting rights on the deliberated matters on their behalf, and Supervisor Wu Shinong entrusted Supervisor Li Shuang to attend the meeting and exercise voting rights on the deliberated matters on his behalf). Meeting attendance complied with the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company.
The meeting deliberated on and approved the following two proposals:
I. Opinion on Strengthening the Building of the Board of Supervisors and Enhancing its Supervision Function; Voting Results: 9 votes in favor; 0 votes in opposition; and 0 abstention votes
II. Auditors' Report on Inter-bank Customer Management Voting Results: 9 votes in favor; 0 votes in opposition; and 0 abstention votes
The meeting also listened to the management’s reports on recent financial conditions and risk management work.
