Due to a change of job position, Mr. Patrick K W Chan, a board director of the Company, has submitted a written letter of resignation requesting that he will resign as board director as of November 21, 2009. In accordance with the Articles of Association, Mr. Patrick K W Chan will cease to act as board director of the Company and as a member of the Executive Committee and Remuneration and Examination Committee of the sixth Board of Directors as of November 21, 2009.
