Pursuant to the Approval on Setting up Changchun Branch (Yin Jian Fu [2009] No.497) from the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the Company was approved to set up a branch in Changchun. The Company will carry out relevant setting-up work in accordance with regulations and rules, and will apply to the Jilin Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission for the opening of business upon completion of the setting-up procedures.
